These Terms and Conditions govern access to and participation in courses, mentorship programs, and other educational services offered by MetaPixel Creative Hub. By registering, making a payment, or accessing a course or related service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Enrolment and Registration
Students must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
Enrolment is confirmed when the applicable payment has been received or an agreed payment arrangement has been approved by MetaPixel Creative Hub.
Students should review the course description, curriculum, duration, schedule, fees, technical requirements, and applicable refund policy before making payment.
MetaPixel Creative Hub may decline or cancel an enrolment where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any refund obligations.
2. Course Fees and Payments
Course fees and available payment options will be communicated before enrolment.
Students must pay fees according to the payment plan agreed at registration. Instalment or EMI arrangements are subject to the terms communicated for the relevant course.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of course access where permitted by the agreed terms and applicable law.
Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before payment, where required.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund requests and course cancellations are governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published by MetaPixel Creative Hub and the applicable course-specific terms disclosed before payment.
Students should read the Refund & Cancellation Policy before enrolling.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
4. Course Schedule and Delivery
Courses may be delivered online, in person, or through another format specified in the course description.
Class dates, timings, duration, instructors, and delivery arrangements will be communicated to enrolled students.
MetaPixel Creative Hub may make reasonable changes to schedules, instructors, curriculum, or delivery arrangements. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
Students are responsible for attending classes on time and maintaining the equipment and internet connection needed for online learning.
5. Attendance and Participation
Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions, participate respectfully, and complete practice activities where applicable.
Students are responsible for catching up on missed sessions using available resources or arrangements.
Missed classes do not automatically entitle a student to a refund, a replacement session, or an extension unless expressly provided in the relevant course terms or required by law.
6. Course Content and Learning Outcomes
Course materials, curriculum, and teaching methods may be updated to maintain educational relevance.
Results depend on factors including the student's effort, practice, participation, prior experience, and individual circumstances.
MetaPixel Creative Hub does not guarantee employment, a particular salary, freelance work, client projects, business results, or any specific professional outcome.
Any portfolio reviews, career guidance, industry exposure, or other additional benefits will be provided only as described for the relevant course.
7. Software and Technical Requirements
Students are responsible for having suitable computer equipment, software access, and a reliable internet connection unless the course description expressly states otherwise.
Students must obtain and use third-party software in accordance with the relevant provider's licence terms.
MetaPixel Creative Hub is not responsible for interruptions caused by a student's device, internet service, or third-party platforms beyond its reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
Course videos, lesson recordings, documents, teaching materials, exercises, and other resources supplied by MetaPixel Creative Hub are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Students may use course materials for their own personal learning, subject to any additional licence terms provided with the materials.
Students must not copy, sell, redistribute, publicly upload, publish, or commercially exploit course materials without prior written permission.
Students must not share account credentials, paid course access, or restricted materials with unauthorised people.
Student-created work remains subject to applicable law and the rights of third parties whose assets, footage, music, fonts, or other materials are used in a project.
9. Student Conduct
Students must treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants respectfully.
Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, unauthorised distribution of class materials, or deliberate disruption of learning sessions is prohibited.
Where misconduct occurs, MetaPixel Creative Hub may take reasonable action, including restricting access or ending participation, subject to applicable law and any required process.
10. Recordings, Privacy, and Confidentiality
Any recording of classes by MetaPixel Creative Hub will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and any notices or permissions provided.
Students must not record, publish, or distribute classes or other participants' personal information without appropriate authorisation.
Personal information collected for registration, payments, and course delivery will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and law.
Students should not disclose confidential information shared by other participants during classes or course activities.
11. Certificates and Career Opportunities
Where a certificate is offered, eligibility will depend on the completion requirements communicated for the relevant course.
Enrolment does not by itself guarantee a certificate, job placement, internship, film-assisting opportunity, or professional engagement.
Any opportunity to assist on film projects or participate in industry assignments is subject to availability, suitability, and separate confirmation unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
12. Third-Party Services and Materials
Courses may refer to third-party software, platforms, websites, or learning resources. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
MetaPixel Creative Hub does not control third-party services and is not responsible for changes or interruptions caused by those providers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Students are responsible for ensuring that materials they submit or use comply with applicable copyright, licensing, and other legal requirements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MetaPixel Creative Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from a student's use of course materials or inability to achieve a particular educational, professional, or financial outcome.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to These Terms
MetaPixel Creative Hub may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the website with a revised date. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
Updates will not retrospectively remove rights already accrued to students or override applicable law.
